使單色引緯織機簡單地升級為雙色任意選緯織機。擴大了織造范圍，可織造出高附加值的產品。
性能穩定，操作簡單，在提高生產效率和織物質量的同時，大大降低了擋車工的勞動強度。
由于舍棄了機械儲緯測長用的鼓風電機，大大節省了電力消耗，更免除了更換機械儲緯器易損件的費用。
只需簡單調節儲緯鼓的直徑（連續可調）和改變釋放圈數，可精確調節緯紗的長度，從而避免了緯紗不必要的浪費。
由于采用了增量型解度編碼器，各種引緯參數的調整都可用一只設置終端來完成。

  



 

Upgrade the single insertion looms to two colors pick-at-will looms
simply. With this system the range of the loom weaving is enlarged, then
high added value produced can be woven.
Stable performance, easy to operate. Not only improve production
efficiency and quality of woven cloth, but also reduce the work intensity
of weavers greatly.
Blast motor for measuring length on mechanical weft storage is no
longer used, which saves lots of electrical power and reduces the main
tain costs due to the wearable parts replacing
The weft length can be precisely adjusted by changing the diameter of weft storage drum (adjustable consecutively) and changing the release turns, thus the waste of weft can be avoided.
The incremental encoder sensor secures correct timing for the weft
insertion and all insert parameters can be adjusted by a hand terminal
