FA507型細紗機是我廠生產的主要產品之一，本機可用于棉及棉型化纖的純紡或混紡，調換部分零件后，還可適用65mm以下中長纖維。
Model FA507 Ring Spinning Frame is one of our major products,This machine is used for processing cotton and cotton type synthetic fibers,or their biends Medium length synthetic fibers,up to 65mm can be processed on this machine if a few parts are replaced.

斷面參數設計合理 OPTIMUM FRAME COROSS SECTION PARAMETERS
本機的斷面參數系根據大量科學實驗，從中選擇最優方案設計的，經過適用證明導紗角范圍、最小氣圈高度參數均有利于改善捻度傳送和控制紡織張力，因此可提高錠速，減少紡紗斷頭。
Optimum parameters of the frame cross-section are determined on the basis of extensive scientific research.Spinning practice proves that the proper range of the angle of thread in clination and the minimum balloon heitht are beneficial to improve twist transmission and thread tension control.As a result FAS03 spinning machines run at higher speed with less end break.

牽伸傳動 DRAFT GEARING
牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩定可靠，操作方便。可配備各種國產棉方搖架及SKF、PK200系列。Ritte,PS160 P3等國外搖架的牽伸系統。可配備新型電動落紗機。
