YCHN303 Patterns Yarn Twister adopts cutting-edge technology in the control system,which controls of a touch-screen and PLC realizing the integrate control to the whole system.The system therefore promises great real time response,high precision and convenient operation.

YCHN303型花式捻線機采用新型紡機控制系統。該控制系統由觸摸屏實現對系統的集中控制。系統實時性好，控制精度高，使用方便。
工藝調控方便、快捷；
各羅拉轉速及退捻捻度均可無級調節；
機械轉動平穩、噪音低、斷頭率低；
可連續作業，不停機落紗，產量高；
本機型不僅能喂粗紗(毛條)，也能喂入細紗代替兩羅拉紡制圈圈紗和波紋紗。
本機可控制六臺變頻機，且具有同步調速功能。
本機可實現勻速運行，分段運行和兩段隨機運行三種方式。
本機可存儲運行參數，斷電不丟失，并且參數可隨時存儲及調用。
本機可對參數進行在線調整。
