1、系列包覆錠子

一、用途

該系列錠子是包覆機上的關鍵部件，用于將真絲、滌綸等化纖長絲及棉花等纖維螺旋形纏繞在氨綸芯線上（雙色或單色）使包覆絲既具有氨綸的彈性，又具有外包絲的外觀及手感，為生產彈性機織物、針織物提供理想的包覆絲原料。

Application

As a key part ofcovering machine, the series are used for winding the chemical fibres like silk,polyester filament or cotton on the spandex core yarn (single color or doublecolors) in helix. In this way, the covering yarn will get not only theelasticity as spandex but also the appearance as the outsourcing yarn, whichcan supply perfect covering yarns for producing elastic woven and knit fabric.

錠桿由兩只專用進口軸承支承，并有上、下阻尼橡膠支撐，能吸振降噪，高速型包覆錠子的結構合理，在其內腔形成特殊的氣路，由空氣冷卻軸承。上、下聯接套能將直孔筒管的徑向和軸向固定，操作方便。

Main technical features

The spindle is supported by two importedspecial bearing and upper and lower rubber damps ,which can reduce shockabsorbing and noise reduction .The high-speed covering spindle has a reasonablestruture , which is provided with a special air loop inside its inner chambelow for air cooling of the bearing . Upper and lower coupler can fix the yarnguide cylinder in radial and axial direction which is easy to be operated.

Main technicalfeatures

The spindles aresupported by two imported special bearings with upper and lower rubber dampingsfor lower vibration and noise. The high-speed spindles are designed in rational structure, which can form a specialair channel to help to cool the bearings. The straight spindles are fixed inradial and axial direction by the joint linking parts for easy operation.

HT821, HT825, HT825F, HT862系列摩擦式假捻器配套于FK6系列高速彈力絲機，主要用于聚預取向絲或牽伸絲的假捻變形。

Application

HT821, HT825, HT825F and HT862 Friction Twisters areauxiliary parts of high-speed draw-texturing machines of FK6 series, mainlyused for false-twist texturing of POY and drawn yarn.

主要技術特征

HT821, HT825, HT825F, HT862系列摩擦式假捻器采用德國巴馬格公司摩擦式假捻器技術生產制造。假捻器結構為三軸，多盤式。導入盤和工作盤采用全陶瓷盤或者聚氨酯盤，工作盤的配置根據不同的工藝要求進行多種組合，該系列假捻器S捻Z捻轉化簡單，結構合理，使用維護方便。

Main technicalfeatures

HT821,HT825, HT825F,HT862 Friction Twistersare designed in 3-shaft and multi-disk structure, adopting the technology offriction twisters of Barmag (Germany).The guiding and working disks are made of ceramic or polyurethane, and areassembled according to different technology requirements. The series are easyto transform between S and Z twisting, rational in structure and easy formaintenance.
