烘房  

RRYER OF ROTARY SEREEN PPINTIN MCHINE
進布有平進或斜進布兩種，烘房采用三層穿布，積木式設計，每室烘房有二只循環風機、四只散熱器，噴風由上、中、下三處同時直接噴向織物表面。
散熱器：鋁輥軋片式，散熱面積約70㎡
熱源：蒸氣或油加熱
蒸發量：150kgH2O/h(室)
烘房溫度：蒸汽：100-120℃
油加熱：100-160℃
室數：4室（有效穿布長度24米）（可根據要求增加或減少）

There are two approaches of fabric-inpuf:horizontal and declining,3-level of fabric penetration is used for dried-room with block-style designed,each of which have two circulating fans and four radiators.Fabric surface are blew from upper,middle,bottom directions.
Radiator: Aluminm roller style, the raditing syface is about 70㎡
Heat source: vapor or oil-heated

        布車落布由氣動角位儀控制，落布輥表面包覆糙面橡皮，壓布輥裝置采用手動壓布并配有靜電消磁裝置。
        全機裝機功率：約90KW
        全機重量：約33-41噸
         Fabric-output is controlled by pneumatic angle apparatus,whose roller is wrapped with coarse eraser on the surface; 
         Fabric-pressed roller is controlled manually,and equipped with unit of static electricity for magnetremoval.
