■ 主要技術特征
● 高速度、大卷裝、交流電機直接拖動經軸，并由PLC控制、變頻器實現無級調速，恒線速卷繞。
● 采用光柵編碼器與電腦組成的對經軸直接計長的先進計長與測速系統，消除了間接計長的誤差，同時采用另一只光柵編碼器和導紗輥進行跟蹤計長，保證準確。
● 由先進的電腦系統與觸摸屏的智能終端組成的操作界面，可設定和顯示各種工藝性能參數，有故障檢測系統檢測故障。
● 經軸、壓輥、測速輥三輥同步高效制動，壓輥設有阻尼加壓和瞬間回彈裝置，以避免對紗線的磨損。
● 經軸拍合、采用電機驅動，機械夾緊，定心準確安全。
● 高速轉動體經過了動平衡，在紗線強度允許情況下，真正實現高速運轉。
● 導紗輥采用鋁合金管精加工，內填吸震劑，經過動平衡和表面陽極氧化處理，保證導紗輥耐磨和高速運轉。
● 采取左右鉗制式雙重剎車。

    Main Technical Parameters
    1.High speed, great package, AC motor directly drives warp beam, controlled speed is steplessly adjusted by inverter, winding at a constant linear speed.
    2.The advanced counting and speed measuring system consisted of grating coder and computer, eliminate indirect counting error. Meanwhile another grating coder and the guide roller trace the counting to ensure the accuracy.
    3.The operating interface consisted of advanced computer terminal and touching screen, can set and display all Kinds of technological parameters, which are detected by the trouble detecting system.

  4.Warp beam, press roller and measuring roller are synchronously braked effectively press roller presses beam in damping type and rebounds instantly, avoiding yarn wearing.
    5.Warp beam is mounted by motor, mechanically clamped, positioned accurately.Warp beam is dynamically balanced, can run at as high speed as the yarn tension allows.
    6.The guide roller is made of aluminum alloy, inside which vibration absorbing agent is filled, dynamically balanced and done treatment of anode, ensuring wear-lasting and high speed rotation.
    7.Warp beam is braked on the both sides with clamping type brakes.
