摘要：探討日本豐田RX240E生產緊密紡竹節紗的工藝要點。闡述了在緊密紡長車上開發竹節紗的必要性。針對粘膠纖維的特點和緊密紡竹節紗的質量要求，認為用緊密紡工藝采取必要工藝技術措施，結果證明紡出的產品質量明顯優于傳統環錠紡竹節紗，可以較好的達到提升粘膠竹節紗品質的目的，最終生產出令客戶滿意的產品。（此課題已經申報2012年蘇州市科技計劃新項目）

Abstract It discusses the technology point of Toyota compact slub yarn and explains the necessity of the long compact spinning machines for the development of slub yarn. According to the characters of viscose and the quality requirement of compact slub yarn, we believe that the compact spinning process with suitable technical measures is better than the traditional spinning process in terms of improving the slub yarn quality. Ultimately we can produce the qualified production to satisfy our customers (the subject has been declared in 2012 Suzhou new technological project)
