摘要：現代紡紗技術的應用徹底改變了人們對傳統紡紗行業用工多、勞動強度高、勞動環境差的陳舊觀念，實現了紡織行業從“勞動密集型”向“資金、技術密集型”的深刻轉變。如何使員工技術操作技術水平盡快適應震綸棉紡轉型升級的步伐，這是擺在公司各層管理人員和全體員工面前的新課題。
