主要技術特征
1、整經和倒軸傳動由交流變頻控制，恒線速、恒張力、高速度運行。
2、專用機、電、液、氣一體化的油壓裝置產生油壓，推動鉗式制動器，完成整經剎車控制：比例閥控制外鋼帶阻尼方式，實現倒軸張力的自動控制。
3、整經伺服傳動采用雙伺服電機滾珠絲桿結構，響應快，精度高，條定位和起點定位均一次按鍵自動完成。
4、交流數字伺服和滾珠絲桿傳動的整經臺前后移控制、并設有壓紗輥、多種傳感器。
5、整經過程中，整經臺等距離后退。
6、伺服電機通過滾珠絲桿的傳動多次測量整經紗層厚度，實現整經位移參數的自動測量(專利技術)，壓紗輥保證紗層面更加平整。
7、鋼質大滾筒，并經高精度動平衡校驗。
